Drug-Free training

Drug-Free training is a comprehensive course that prepares participants to recognize substance use and abuse in the workplace. The course discusses problems associated with using/misusing drugs and alcohol in the workplace. We educate participants to understand the impact of drug and alcohol use and health effects.

Supervisor Drug-Free Training

Supervisor Drug-Free Training this skill-building session is the foundation for success. Supervisors are the frontline policy implementors and the eyes and ears for the business. This training gives them the tools to identify a problem, recognize, and confront every level of suspicion in the workplace. Traditional Reasonable Suspicion training only focuses on impairment which misses multiple flags before impairment occurs. This is the introductory course recommended for all new Supervisors, Managers, and new clients.

New Hire Drug-Free Training

New Hire Drug-Free Training is more in-depth so new employees understand from the start the who, what, when, where, and why of the Drug-Free program. This training is critical to lay the foundation from the start to avoid any gray areas about drug and alcohol testing, expectations, and disciplinary action for violation of the policy.
